As the owner and professional free-lance makeup artist at Miss Tool Belt Makeup, I have a deep knowledge of what products, tools and techniques to use to get the desired results you want. Skin care is near and dear to me as I am a certified and licensed esthetician (skin care specialist) in the state of North Carolina.
